Some game devs allow DMs for specific deluxe versions to get a dedicated Steam key though.

Will people who bought for Deluxe get a key for the Steam version?

You can visit the EternityDev discord and contribute to the translation team.

Did you get permission from NyankoBFLol to post this?

...seriously?

Ok, I can definitely use this... somewhere. Not right now, obviously, I don't think a first person shooter can use these, lmao.

Who knows.

The game also uses Valve assets for the time being.

Use a toolbox.

$100 is pocket change. Nose would need something in the ballpark of $25,000 to $50,000+ for negotiation to license Source Engine so most of the items he used from Valve games can be used.

It's a story save.

... why did you upload your save in Mega of all places? Also, why upload it at all in the first place?

I thought this was added to the FAQ already >.>

The answer is "Nose can't put it on Steam until all copyrighted content is removed".

For the Patreon thing, it's actually common for indie devs with Patreon to put nightly/testing builds on Patfeon.

For all intents and purposes, VotV's gameplay is simple. Search signals, download signals, listen to signals, then upgrade the signals if needed. I really don't see why you want more gameplay.

Eh, the script does the same thing.

Upgrade your 0.7 object to 0.8. There's a script in the discord.

Some of us Patreon payers found the original Valve sounds so... hopefully. I like the sounds too.

Did you retrieve your backpack from the mailbox, and when you put it on the mailbox, it had items?

Yeah but there's also a certain debug sound Valve uses for missing sound error that Nose also uses (hint: Half-Life 2 Chapter Red Letter Day, referencing the fact that you flipped a switch in Half-Life one), and once that's also gone, then it's probable.

You'd know once all of the audio has been replaced with non-Source versions as well.

If you're on latest Windows 11, which most still doesn't.

Nikooooo!

Ever thought about marking the downloads on which OS they're applicable? It helps especially when downloading via itch.io app ^-^

Go to settings and regenerate data.sav

MrDrNose is good at making jokes and personally, I'd rather he makes boratposting, but he is actually from Kazakhstan.

Update to latest 0.7, you should have 0.7_0011

Обновите до последней версии 0.7, у вас должна быть версия 0.7_0011.

Node Graph Out of Date is the game's way of loading in the map. What happened to you is a corrupted data.sav, so go to your settings to regenerate it.

Go to settings, then click regenerate data.sav.

That's the game itself. Unzip it using apps such as 7-Zip or WinRar.

Your data.sav got corrupted, might have to regenerate it.

This could help me myself. I have to literally push my nose deep into the nearest server at an angle that doesn't merge the lights so I can see if it's broken or not. On a 1440p monitor, lmao

Some Russians decided to leak 0.7 and also sell them in some cases.

Nice! I could use this.

EDIT: Do you also have the raw image for the two gay rats posing for the main menu? It's for the front cover that you get when you open Steam.

Heya, Shinlalala, do you have raw images for the logo and good background images so I can put it on SteamGridDB (so my Steam looks nice when I add it to the game?)

I've been using DS4Windows since that actually changes dInput to xInput, but thanks for the recommendation.

Found this on the weirdest of places. Also, did you know the PS4 controller buttons show up for a split second then gets replaced with the XBOX ones somehow?

(1 edit)

Somehow the controller support stopped working on this game. Is there a way for me to force it?

EDIT: It's a wired PS4 controller, btw. Looks like you only got support for native xInput only.

Do you have a business email for those that want to get a Steam key after buying the game via Itch?

> (Since Itch and Steam seem to take similar profit cuts, so it really doesn't make much a difference on my end.)

Unlike Steam, though, you could've set that you get the whole 100%. Anyway, good to know that Itch buyers won't get Steam keys. My $10 is well-spent on this game and I like it :D

I've been trying to download this game via Itch.io, and it doesn't let me. I just realized that the files aren't matched for specific versions...
