I'm biased, but I still think that animation where the levels fade in and the die face number gets added to your jumps is fantastic.

I really liked this.  It was fun gameplay, and the explosions were satisfying.

I think I would have liked to have the enemies' other faces show up around them like the player's, but maybe it's better the way it is.

This is a tricky one.  I see what you are going for, but it is really hard to understand the movement without animations in this case
I would like to see if it the idea works with movement animations.  It would be interesting to have (basically) a single stick dual stick shooter

I definitely struggled with the rolling mechanic.  I suppose in a completed game, it would be necessary to introduce each of the scoring conditions one at a time or something so a player could get used to them

If you're new to the engine you used or anything like that, then good job picking a reasonable scope for a first project and actually completing it.

If you just wanted to Rickroll people, then that's fun too.

The characters and the idea behind this could be fun once the chance mechanic is more fleshed out. It looks like it's implemented, but since the story doesn't continue much after the first event, there isn't much time for a payoff on it.

Not bad.  Good on you for implementing menus and things even though you were short on time; that does add to the level of polish in this case I think.
