The edge of requirements? Well this PC is from 2016 (for Witcher 3) and I had to downgrade on the graphics card because the original one died, so I guess it it time to upgrade again. Once I have the money.
Ok, thank you for your time to solve the mystery and I look forward to further game updates. And being able to play them. :-)
No problem! I tried my luck with programming in school and... decided against continuing that path. And I've heard enough stories from developers to know that it is a grind even if you somewhat know what you are doing.
I installed it on a hard drive. (The SSD is for Windows.)
NViDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4 GB VRAM)

I can open the game but even the mouse pointer in the menu lags a bit. And in the game it also felt like the framerate went slowly down bit by bit. When I got to the village it was basically unplayable.
And another thing, - maybe it's already in the hotfix - the dodge did not work.
I had an idea. If there is something like random "an assassin sneaking at night into the castle gets caught by Mina" events, you could re-use her fighting artwork and fighting mechanics without setting much of a story for it.
(And yeah, I'm aware that >even if< you like the idea it will not be implemented any sooner.)
