Thanks for playing and rating! I'll check out your game!

Love the graphics and the intro. When I chose to hide in the locker nothing happened, the player stood in front of the locker and wouldn't move left or right. And I couldn't figure out how to leave this state. There was an icon on the upper right but it wasn't clickable. The same happened after restarting. I like the game nonetheless. Obviously a lot of work went into this.

Love the story and the colorful graphics and animations! The concept is very original. Small note: The description of the controls on your itch.io page doesn't say that you can press K to kick (the ingame description does though). It's a bit strange to use keys that are so far apart from another (Q, B, K), but it was fun playing nonetheless!

I like that you made an ingame tutorial, and that you can play as the escapist and the hunter. I had the most fun playing as the hunter, it was much easier. It took me a moment to realize that the half circle around my hunter was the tracker. Nice ambient sound effects when you play as the escapist. The background "tv noise" effect is great for the atmosphere of the game!

Space horror is one of my favorite genres! The monochrome graphics are very fitting for the atmosphere. I had problems understanding the enemy behavior, sometimes it felt like it depends on luck if I can pass an enemy or if he jumps at me. Nonetheless I had fun playing and the sound is great too!

Thank you for playing and rating! I think I made the game too tough, seeing all the feedback about the high difficulty. It's a good lesson for me on how important player feedback is. :) I'll be happy to check out your game!

Thanks for playing and rating! Thank you for mentioning the music - I'm a musician that's why I'm especially happy to see that you enjoyed the music! :) I'll be happy to try to beat your game!

Thanks for playing and rating! I think I'd make the timer optional, letting the player explore/learn the level without the pressure and take on the challenge of the timer when the player feels ready for it.

Fits the theme perfectly! Simple and fun to play! Good job!

Thanks for playing and rating! I tried to force players to move in the dark (taking "leaps of faith") with the countdown so they wouldn't stand around waiting too much, but I made the levels way too hard for that. In an new version I would give them a chance to learn the level before trying to beat the countdown. :)

Thank you for playing it again! After all the feedback I got I would make the whole game easier. While I was developing it I really thought it wouldn't be challenging enough (lol) and so I made the area of light smaller and the countdown extremely tight and things like that. xD Now I know that I've made it way too hard. :D

Beautiful game and a cute little fella. I like the idea, good learning curve from level to level, fun to play! Music loops for the levels and the ending might be a bit too short (I made a very short music loop myself for my game so who am I to judge lol). Fella going wild when hit by a lift made me die a few times, but it wasn't a major issue.

You're right, I should have made it clear that the switch is controlled by the game/time. Yes, the idea is about learning the level - that's why I included the level select so everyone can just jump back in the level they want to explore. I think I would make the countdown optional if I'd do another version of this game, so people can explore in their own time and activate the countdown when they're ready for the challenge. :) Thank you for playing and rating!

I tried the itch.io version in fullscreen but the right side of the screen was cut off nevertheless. The gd.games version works flawlessly. "Ladders are for losers!" lol :D Cool idea and a nice dialogue system! I wasn't skilled enough to finish the second half of the third level. Couldn't get the timing right when I had to jump from a disappearing green countdown platform to a red platform above it that hadn't appeared yet.

Thanks for playing and the suggestions! I agree, removing the timer (so the levels could be explored in the player's own time) and adding some light sources (there are some spots where it's hard to see where to go next) would improve the experience. I made it a bit too hard. xD

Really cool meta idea! Love the villain lol :D

That's such a cool and simple idea - love it! I stumbled a bit at the beginning because I didn't realize that I had to use the switches to even start the game (I was trying to click on "Play" like the dummy I am lol). Found a bit of a cheap strategy maybe: The red switch can be left turned on all the time, just switching green and blue on and off as needed. ;)

Thanks for playing and rating! I'll be happy to try and rate your game!

It's meant to be hard but I think I made it too hard. :) Thanks for playing and rating!
