Absolutely amazing idea. I stumbled upon this game sorta by accident and had to rate 10 other games just so I could show my appreciation for this 😅. There are some great games out there but I really like how you utilised the theme.

Great concept and amazing execution.

This has to be one of the most polished games of the jam. Brilliant stuff. That leaderboard alone makes it so addicting. Well done!

What an awesome way of adding a spin to the game jam theme. Really awesome that you've not just reversed the role but also added the sport element. So creative and fun to play. Had a great time.

Amazing job! What a treat.

Ahahaha what a fantastic execution of the idea. Really had a great time from the moment I started playing - it was really well put together. Man all that and I only got a B as well.

You nearly had me at protagonist. Nearly fell in love. And again when that man approached me upside down like spiderman. Disappointed in myself 🤣

Also want to take a minute to appreciate the art and sound effects.

Really like the burnup mechanic and the art style and music are really pretty.

The spaceship is a little too good at targeting asteroids - by the time I've managed to click it it's already been shot down. In fact at the beginning I didn't even register you had to click on one to control it, even though I read the controls. I wish when an asteroid spawned while there are none currently in play it would automatically select so I had a better chance of dodging the lasers.

Cute game!

Great concept for the theme, playing as the stage of a platformer rather than the player.  Really liked the visuals.

The little red spikes were really quite clunky, I wish the collision detection was disabled instantly on press because there was quite a long period where the spikes would still be active. Or at least they could stay down a bit longer to be less punishing.

Really fun idea. When you've repeated a level a couple of times and died at the end it can be a bit tedious to wait for the player once you've figured out how to get it across - maybe something like holding down SHIFT would fast forward the Time.timeScale?

Great game.

Really clever mechanic to have the screen constantly scrolling as it kinda forces you to keep moving.

Once you hit a score of 70 it starts getting really difficult, the fact that the burgers bounce off each other makes it very hard to work out where they'll be in the future.  Very happy with my high score of 161!

Oh man, I'm not sure why that is happening. The player speed is far too low for you. What is your screen resolution?

That is obviously a fault on our side with how we coded player movement, so I apologise. But thank you for taking the time to try our game, and especially the amount of time in trying to help solve the issue.

Are you moving the mouse as well? The only thing I can imagine is if the flame is in a static position.

Those trees are actually blocks of ice, you need to melt them accordingly by hovering your mouse on it.

Sorry about any inconvenience caused. You control the flame with the mouse. WASD or arrow keys to move. Space to jump.

No sprint key unfortunately. I hope that helps!
