The joining and splitting of characters gives the "multiple characters with same controls"-idea a really nice and interesting twist. Well done!

It's unfortunate the web version does not work, but such things might happen in the stress of finishing up a game jam. The downloadable version requires an absurd amount of GPU power for a simple 2d game, but with unoptimized unity rendering thrown together in two days that's also kinda ok...

On the game itself: It's not the most innovative take on the theme, but adding the time delay adds some interesting twist to it. With the higher delays (> 2s) I ended up waiting a lot, to see how the second character will move, maybe some kind of forecast or a "skip to end of delay"-button would be helpful for this...

For a jam game I really liked being able to freely choose levels, as it allows to quikly get a good idea of the whole game, even when struggeling with one level or after restarting it.

For people struggeling with the controls: you need to hold down a or d while scrolling.

Otherwise I can only agreee with earlier comments: It's an interesting (and as far as I've seen unique?) idea. I struggled at some point to solve the level, but that's on me I guess :D

This is tagged as playable in browser, but ain't :(

It seems t work fine, but is super hard and therefor discouraging for me. Having to jump split-second-perfectly pretty much from the start (and esp. dying a lot to figure out how this perfect jumping works. Not being able to walk up diagonals and the horizontal momentum add to that.

I like the idea and am impressed by a prototype without engine in two days. Polishing up the mechanics and introducing more levels and you might end up in really enyoable game.

Would've loved to see some levels that actually focus on the "theme-mechanic" and not on quickly controlling two independent characters.

Feels and looks like it could be a nice game, but has a hard learning spike to start with. Some easier tutorial levels introducing you to the mechanics would probably help.
