Thank you so much for playing and even getting all the endings! (Yeah you got it all!)
I (@maho_anpu, one of the co-writers) tried to put as much as blatant anti-capitalist discourse/ideas as I can (I'm the social science student of the group lol) but I thought that this game could be a subversion that shows how anti-capitalist stories don't have to always be gut-wrenching and can we wholesome as well! We chose to focus on the "...awesome alternatives and/or day to day tricks to fight against rampant capitalism in creative ways." part of the jam's description :)
Personally I'm super interested to make a more blatant and super satirical anti-capitalism jam, so maybe next year! Thank you so much for your feedback!

Man I'm glad that I'm the type to just make my own instant coffee everyday... Ain't going to those overpriced coffeeshops ;; here's a reminder to everyone to just make your own coffee or support local small coffeeshop businesses so that the world won't ever turn out like this game haha ;; great story! -Hon
Okay this is the first time ever reading something has given me literal chills- for multiple times- to the point that I even skipped some extra g0rey dialogues because it's just too scary for me XD (sorry) The icky adrenaline was real and it was such an experience! And I'm saying all these positively! Good job on the writing!!
I loved the art and GUI too, I love this quite-pixelated(?) style ;; and I love old men friendships trope heheheheheh
Underrated VN fr, I think more peeps should play this, I'd definitely recommend this for horror (and ossan lol) enjoyers hehe

GOSH someone actually took the time to play our game AND write a whole essay review????? 🥹🥹🥹 THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
We're so glad you enjoyed playing it and loved all the characters!! Based on the personal reviews so far we're not surprised that Sera easily charmed people (it's her job afterall XD) but definitely didn't expect ppl to like Salma! I guess people do like tsunderes hahah 🏃♂️💨
I'm glad you enjoyed the art & writing because it was a challenge for us to sort of combine each of our own unique art/writing styles alltogether XD especially writing others' OCs... Glad it delivered! I hope you'll enjoy reading through the other routes as well :)
Thanks for the bug report! Programmer here, I honestly noticed that issue before, and I think that it's because of the text size(?), but I ultimately decided that it's not that big of an issue and left it (I dunno how to fix it either ;;). So sorry for the inconvenience, I hope it wouldn't ruin the whole experience!
Again, thanks so so much for your review! I always tell the team whenever we have any impressions of our game so that we can appreciate those who have played and are even so nice to leave a comment <3

I kept playing until I reread the title of the game and..... T_T
Gosh I'm so sad, like since I'm also an artist waiting for commissions to come... And eventually losing motivation to do the art itself because I'm just too tired of work... TT_TT
Not a fun thing to realize but that's what delivered the message of this game, hahah. Good work! -Hon
I did not expect this to be this good but you delivered!! ;; And I am super biased but this got my fav underrated trope- strong platonic love or camaraderie!! (thanks for introducing me that word lol) with the extra touch of torn-by-war and "do you remember me?" trope ;;;; thanks so much for making this little heartwarming story, loved it! -Hon
The artwork is so pretty....! I loved the watercolor vibes ;; The comic format was so unique and fun too, I specifically enjoyed the action-y parts!
This one is a simple story but I know it's part of a bigger one hence I'm also impressed by the lore and worldbuilding XD Made me think of our real-life technology-vs-nature future too, haha :")
Great job 💙💙 -Hon
Thank you so much for playing, I'm happy you enjoyed it! Thank you for checking the extra dialogues too! :D
I should probably say that I am not a hindi speaker myself. So while I enjoy putting in cultural aspects I know that inspired my characters, I'm glad you still took the time to check and learn it outside of just this! It's encouraging to know that such small details can be interesting to you as well. As we here in SNORKMI are Indonesians, I think we would sprinkle more Indonesian things in the future too! ♥ —Jay
I LOVE the graphics. It's so unique and interesting! Just a bit of a shame that it makes the game a bit hard to control, with all the angle/camera movement and all. And I'm unsure if it's a bug, but at a certain point everyone's text became blank, so I couldn't proceed :( I'd really love to see how it's concluded though! -Hon
Nice game! What I really loved most is the fact that it was your own guitar playing, it's so cool. Some suggestions, maybe you can keep the pixel size consistent, eg drawing a smaller item individually instead of just resizing it. But I love the colors and overall aesthetics! The mushroom jumping before the last stage was a bit hard for me, since the jump/fall effect is a bit too fast :") Even so I enjoyed it and still felt its coziness! :D -Hon
This could be a very fun way to learn about the wonderful festivities around the world and communities! I enjoyed reading about them once I got all the stamps!
I wish there could be other things to do to get them, though. The pumpkin one is quite tedious to do 10 times everytime. But I understand that this is for a game jam and there is not much time to implement many gameplay. So I still enjoyed it! ♥ —Jay
Different admin of SNORKMI here! I'm just a sucker for these kind of pixel-y aesthetics and talking-to-villagers. I got to the culprit-picking on my first try (got it wrong tho), somehow didn't even get there on my second, and finally answered all correctly on my third after reaaaally paying attention to what they've said XD
I hope there's a bit more time to process the conversations, as we had to split our focus to make coffee as well. And I hope there is a little scene when you answered the last questions wrong/picked the wrong culprit, and when you got it right. Maybe it wasn't really "cozy" but I personally enjoy the challenge! It left a more satisfying feeling when I finally got it right XD
Good job! -Hon
Oh man, I am not good with mystery, and I admit I had to play this twice to get it! But it's very good! I think it's very polished for a first game, the characters are cute, the mechanic is fun, and the mystery solving is interesting!
I do wish there is a way to tell time or some sort? I did not know that the characters would leave before I could finish talking to them, so I missed a crucial information from the witch the first time I played.... But that's probably my own fault for running around checking everyone's idle chatter hahah! Good game! Well done!

I was more scared with the sudden red screen and You Passed Out giant words than the little monster hahah! Should've paid the time more attention! XD
For the game itself:
I wish there is more time in a day. I ended up limiting my farm to about 20 patches because I want to spend time walking around as well instead of just taking care of the farm. I think the bow and arrow is quite fun! It felt satisfying to shoot at the monsters! But since that's the most expensive item in store, I did not feel like there is much to strive for after getting it. I ended it after the 10th day.
It's overall pretty good! I've read a few mention this as well, but I wish the controls and information about the tools, crops, etc, are in the game itself. I was a little confused on what to do at the start, before I read the gamepage more haha
It was a fun experience anyway! I hope you can do more in the future! :D —Jay
