Definitely. There's a lot I would have added, but I ran out of time. The real speedrunning was the games we made along the way.

Thanks! I was definitely stretching the theme a little. A timer appears at the end of the waves, but it always takes 107s, so your score really depends on how many jets you lose (each one is a 1s penalty). I was originally planning for there to be an infinitely pressable "call wave early" button to give you more choices, but I ran out of time.
I've been working on this top-down shooter on-and-off for the past year and a half, and I finally managed to get it done. It's completely free and pretty short, so if you're interested in this kind of game I'd love to hear what you guys think. Store page
I saw your post on discord earlier and decided to check this out, and man, it's pretty fun. It definitely has a bit of a learning curve, but I didn't find it too frustrating. I suppose I don't have much room to talk, given that I've been getting a lot of similar feedback. My one gripe is that it's difficult to play on a trackpad, but once I got a mouse out I had no issues. Overall, great project!
Just saw your discord post- pretty nice! The visuals and sound are great. My one suggestion would be to make everything faster but spread the obstacles out more. I'm not necessarily saying that the difficulty should change, but I think it would make it feel more intense, y'know? Otherwise it's great.
First up, your game looks great! The mechanics in our games seem pretty similar, but you definitely win in the visuals category. Plus, I'm always a fan of my fellow Godot users' games. That being said, I can't really get the game to work properly. Like the other commenters, I can't successfully do the repulse move. Could you please explain how?
Just tried it out, pretty fun! I was surprised by how competitive it felt given the smaller scope. I REALLY wanted that top spot, and I can't wait to see how many people get faster than my time as the jam goes on! My one suggestion would be to let players replay without going back through the main menu.
I'm glad you enjoyed it! This is actually the first comment I've gotten on any game I've released, so I'm really happy to hear that. However, I'm sorry to say that the leaderboard is offline, so it's just your own scores (and mine, of course).
Edit: and yeah, the purpose of the blue magnets wasn't entirely clear. I hope they weren't frustrating.
Hi! It's a bit odd to release two games in a day, I know, but I've had this on the backburner for a while so I decided to finally finish it today. Cosmic Conquistadors is an arcade shooter where you try to stop waves of enemies that shoot at you randomly. As you reach later waves, both you and the enemies ramp up your speed until you fail. It's completely free, so try it out and let me know what you think!

Hi! I had some extra time during computer science class, so I decided to make a game with it. It's a pretty generic platformer where you play as a cube that can jump off of walls. The goal is to reach the end of 5 levels while avoiding enemies and red shapes. It's completely free, so if you have some spare time, try it out and let me know what you think!

It’s been about a year since I first started learning to code, so I decided to celebrate by releasing my first game! It’s a 2D racing game with a shared-keyboard dogfight mode. It’s also free (well, pay what you want, but I’ll gladly take nothing!) and I’d love some feedback!

Here’s the trailer. It’s pretty choppy because I made it on a chromebook:
