Thank you so much! I definitely agree with your commentary, the ui should have been much simpler, I didn't even think about a drag and drop system. I also should have made the "How to play" more simple and less convoluted.

I appreciate all that!

The prep time I wanted to be the main difficulty of the game, where you have to be really quick analyzing the tower placement before choosing where to send the minions. In future versions of the game I'd add the ability to buy more time from the upgrade shop after each round.

Thank you so much for trying the game out!

The "Detect Bots" option had me laughing so hard. I love this game and just playing around with different options to see what wacky stuff you came up with for the options.

I love this concept so much. The idea of getting an upgrade each time you win, but then swapping to fight the enemy with all the upgrades you've selected so far, it creates a unique experience of playing against yourself that's fun and rewarding.

I LOVE the concept behind this. I'm a huge fan of puzzle games and this is unique both in concept and puzzle logic. I hope you continue making this or a similar game beyond the jam, I would love to play more of it.

Thank you so much!!

I will keep all that feedback in mind for the future!

Thank you so much!! All of the feedback means so much to me!

I definitely understand how the connection to the theme isn't clear. The concept of my game is that you are trying to survive an endless night, but I didn't think about the fact that if the night never ends, it's impossible to "Survive The Night". It's more about actively surviving the night for as long as you can, rather than being able to say at the end of it "I survived the night". Which comes down to different interpretations of the theme "Survive The Night".

Thank you so much for the feedback! In the future I'll tone down those effects a bit.

Thank you so much! It really means a lot to me to have people take the time to play something I made, especially one of my first.
Also, btw, the way I implemented the high score and leaderboard, you don't have to post right when you get the score. If you wanted to, you could load up the game, and submit your 96 score right now.

It will be  an easy port to mobile so I'll definitely do that.

Thank you! I really appreciate that feedback!

I really appreciate the feedback! This is my first ever game jam, and my first game I've ever made of this genre, so any feedback is super helpful. In the future I'll try making things a bit more challenging, or implement difficulty options.

You definitely succeeded in that goal. It was very tense from start to finish. Especially when I found the Mannequin room. I tried really hard to avoid walking through there lmao

I really love the atmosphere you built with this.

My favorite feature is the blinking element. I've never seen that implemented in a horror game, but it adds so much suspense, feeling like anything could pop out once the eyes open back up. Taking away the eyesight periodically like that, even just for a few seconds, adds so much to the experience.

Amazing job with this!
