Depending on your choices, you might not be able to unlock everything in the same playthrough! There are a few hidden unlocks, achievements and ending conditions for you to find so definitely worth replaying with a different approach. ^^

Unfortunately this will be because  you don't have enough approval points with anyone else to proceed with their romance, so try and pick options that they would approve of when speaking with them! Also good to check that your MCs sexuality aligns with characters you are trying to romance as they will be locked otherwise :) hope this helps!

Hiya! You have to have a certain number of approval with V by this point so he trusts you at the reveal. Try and pick options that earn his trust and affection throughout the game to progress further 😊 Hope this helps!

You have to pick the choices that they would agree with and avoid saying things that would frustrate them! It's different for every character so you have to take a different approach with each of them based on what they like ^^ is there any particular part you are having an issue with? Have you checked your MCs sexuality matches the LIs gender?

Hi, if this is before you choose your LI then it's because you haven't earned enough approval points with them to qualify for their route. If it's the V route later in the game, it's that you have not earned enough approval points with him by that point. Hope this helps! :)

Ahh unfortunately this means that you haven't earned enough approval points with V throughout the game! Basically you need to choose options that make him trust you more :) Hope this helps!

Undergrowth is a novel and well crafted narrative that manages to be warm, funny, gripping and unsettling all at once. Firstly, the game was beautiful aesthetically. I loved the art style and character design, and found it really impressive considering how many characters and locations that had to be done in 30 days!  There were also great performances all round from the ensemble cast ;  the characters feel real which meant I am 100% invested in whether or not they will all make it out in one piece! The story was compelling enough that even I, someone with a very short attention span, was happy to see it through to the end.  I looking forward to seeing how the story ends!

Hi! You need to have enough approval with at least one of the love interests to be able to move forward. (Note: some of them are locked based on your character's sexuality so make sure that includes who you want to romance!)

Hi! Do you have your character's sexuality set to include men? That can block off romance routes. I'll also provide a cheeky hint: consider what 'roles' they might approve of you choosing... :)

It depends how much you like to take your time reading, but for one love interest route it's probably around 3 hours? :)

Hi there! The availability of the options is based on two things:

1. your character's sexuality (chosen at the start)
2. the approval you got from each character with your interactions so far.

Don't worry, I had the same issue at first!

Hint: make sure you choose the one you want to romance on the previous screen to improve your chances!
