Thank you for your comment! I'm just waiting the jam to end to post the new update to the game

Hummm, i will be doing some tests, you got a good point

Thank you for the feedback! I implemented a way to start the level (after pressing Z and X) , I will update the game as soon as the jam voting finishes!

Thank you Dude! 🥹 I made another game with him, if you are interested, is a puzzle platformer called "Red Blue Dungeon"

Thank you for your feedback! I will try to fix this issue in the future, maybe all the blocks can hit the platform but half of them stays, half of them fall.

Good, i will try this updated version!

I really liked this one!  The intro was simple but effective, and the pixel art, specially the lava art were great!

The movement of the hero feels nice , kudos for the song choice, really fits the game.

There's lots of potential in this game if you keep working on it, maybe put some enemies or power ups to slow down the lava or freeze time.

I found a little issue while restarting the game, it just didn't load the game after pressing the restart button.

Cool game! I enjoyed the feel of the jumping and moving. The fact that the Lava breaks the walls is very nice, really adds up to the danger of falling in the lava.

One thing I think you can implement is that the falling speed takes too long sometimes(specially when the lava is coming in), maybe add a down button so you can speed up the fall.

Its a fun game after you understand the controls, wish you could have made a tutorial or an instructions page. I liked the mini-games inside the game, the pump it one was a little bit confusing

Interesting game!

I was amazed by the cutscenes, the songs and the voice overs! The game has a great intro!  I think this game has one of the best stories in this jam. Its clear to me that you invested some time in this and it really paid off.

The graphics are very good for a game that is 3d and doesn't take too much disk space

As a platformer fan, I found a little bit punishing that you can be killed by the lava when you time your jump wrong (sometimes i die in mid air just a little bit above the lava). It gets worse because you have to restart the level from the beginning, maybe a checkpoint could fix that.

Thank you for the input! The rocks being able to defend the player happened by a little bug in the development, but I tought it was cool, so the bug became a feature xD

Thank you for your feedback! I'll try to develop this game further after the jam, maybe put some other types of enemies and powerupps

thank you for your feedback! The game is a little bit too hard sometimes, I will try to balance that in future patches

An awesome plataformer game, easy to play and very cool mechanics. One of the best I played so far, amazing what you did in 72h.

I just love that every run is different. Feels so nice, also the volume controls blended in the game was a creative and immersing design choice.

Loved this game! <3

Creative choice for this challenge,. I loved the combination of a tetris with furniture and lava <3
I still didn't got the most efficient way to reach the top, but i will!

PS: Loved the dynamic in the music, it really make us feel tense when the lava is comming

Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad to know that no bats where harmed during your playthrough

Really liked the pixel art, good sounds, and the combo system feels nice!  I just found a little bit hard to do the jumping,  but you did a good design choice when you put a marker /icon that shows when the double jump is available

Thanks for the feedback! I used the rng to give the game a little more replayability, because each run is unique in a weird way.  In next updates I will try to add a little dose of predictability to offset the chance factor!

Thank you for your comment! Those bats are really a pain, and they acummulate over time, maybe I will rebalance them somehow in the future!

Thank you for your feedback, in future updates i will rebalance some of the spawns and put more usefull powerups!

Its frustrating to do the first geyser jump! But its an interesting idea for this jam theme, I liked how the calm music contrasted with the "ouhhh" sound effect when you die.

Literally the embodiment of "The floor is lava", using sofa, racks and furniture as platforms was like being a child again.  Also, kudos for letting us playing as a cat!  Very cool design choices, specially the menus and the music.  One small bug is that the cat can freeze sometimes in mid air when close to walls, but I view it as a way to reach distant places.

Very intense combat mechanics! Loved the animations from the character! Great game for this jam!

Amazing art and animations, Loved the camera feel of this game. Also it was very creative use of a unconventional weapon (balloon), this opens some strategies like using the ballon to dodge and hit an enemy simultaneously. I will try my best to beat the highscore!

Funny game, I enjoyed the sounds from the platform and the theme music. Loved how the page was designed to look like a tower and the choice for a dragon as a main character was interesting.  One thing i didn't like much was that the lava followed the player even when he gets increased speed from the wings.

I loved the dash animation! Its a cool platformer game, in some levels I died even before I could see where I was at.  About the point system, I didn't understand how the scoring worked, is it a fixed amount per level?

Cool designs,  I just didn't see the lava comming until it was too late! :(

It took a while to understand the camera movement, but after I got the hang of it the game was very fluid.

Gotta go fast! Loved the concept of driving above lava

Amazing game, incredible graphics for a web game!

Very good game, fun to play and hard to master!

Thank you for your feedback, I hope your Dude didn't die on the lava too much :)

Man, thank you so much for this!

I did my scoreboard in silentwolf plugin. 🥹

Great idea! I will add it on the planning, but I'm afraid I just don't know how to implement it yet 🥹

Thanks for your feedback, I made a few changes in the next version so that some levels may get a little bit less dependant on precision

Working on it:

I just finished the hard mode today!

Great game, easy to play and interesting mechanics. Loved it!

The game has a very creative story to it, and the art is spot on! I Just can't seem to make a nice yougurt :s

Thank you for your feedback! with 3 coins Dude can rest in peace. I'm glad you enjoyed the game! <3
