I really should have made that more clear, but it didn't cross my mind. My bad :/

Indeed! Until now I thoght I was the only Noah game, but I see there are a few!

Indeed it was scarry! Really nice work

We almost made the same game wow!

I love how you use the lights ans shadows, I will learn how they work for the next time. Maybe I'm bad at playing, but it takes me ages to make the animals follow me. English is not my native language so maybe I didn't catch something of the explanation. Really nice work!

We are a bunch of people that thought about Noah! haha

I think lowering the camera angle so you can see the map better and adding some sounds would be a nice improvement. Good work!

I'll play yours too: https://spinning-pulsar.itch.io/40-seconds

Indeed, not only our games have the extinction even theme, but they are about gathering things for a ship! haha

The game feels and looks very nice and it is easy to understand. Really great job :)

Thanks for your feedback and kind words! I'll try to make the objectives more clear the next time. The animals do apear always in the same positions, but it's true that they can wonder about far. Maybe a good solution would be to limit the distance they can get away from their spawns.

It did not cross my mind that possibility! I will make more testing for the next time. Thanks for the comment, I'll check out your game :)

First try is amazing! You dont' even know how many species are there the first try. It was planned as a multiple ending game so you can play various times and improve on them :)

Yes, that would help. And thanks for the tips, I will try some more times :)

I didnt' know there were more! :o

Here is mine :)

Nice work for just a week! I like the pixelated look.

However, I haven't managed to stop the flooding even after repaiting the hole. Do I have to keep turning the wheel?

Thank you for your comment! I'm really happy the balancing mechanic ended up working so well. And congrats on getting all 8 species :)

I got stuck in the level with two boxes, two bukets and one hole. But I really enjoyed playing it!

I can't survive past the first night. I'm probably doing something wrong, the mayor didn't give me enough time :(

I didn't survive the storm haha

There is a small animation at the end and a text that says "press the space bar to restart". Maybe I should wait a little more to enable that function. I'm glad you liked it :)

Thank you so much! I'm glad it feels balanced :)

Hi everyone!

This has been my first game jam. I have learnt quite a few things from making a project from start to end.

You play as Noah, and your objective is to get all the animals into the ark before the storm starts. You can try it just below, tell me what you think!

I had some problems with the exports. One of my files corupted (somehow) so I have lost the tileset and can't fix some small isues. I will try to find out what has happened so I can prevent it next time. I'm so lucky it didnt corrupt earlier...
