i used many objects: one for the card itself, one for it's image, and a counter for it's price. then i gave images and counters a variable called card_fixed and then once i created a card i immediately gave it's fixed to those objects, so that i could make them be in the same position as the card
made it with lists. i used them just like python dictionaries (or arrays), in which i wrote all the info like card's id, name, description and so on. then i took another list and used it as a hand in which i stored ids of cards in my hand
i can't find the source anymore, so no more updates sadly :( however it might be the cause of bad extension used when making the game, where even 5 seconds of doing nothing could disconnect you from the game without telling you
I agree that getting money (it's called hemopoints in the game) is harder than winning, the fights are lacking extra features that would make it more interesting, but I will for sure add more things to it like itemswhich can be used at any time in the fight (you can already see 3 grids for them in the fight and you will be able to either buy them in the shop or get from ?s).
I'm also planning on adding Taints: the passive effects that have negative and positive effects during the fights. You will be able to get rid of them at Witch's glade.
Note that the better the card is, the more hemopoints you will get. You can see all info on Google Sheets. Increasing gold bonus for faster clears doesn't seem like a good idea, but I may do something like the more you kill the more you get.
The mouse was intended to be an easy enemy, mostly for the first forest, but there will be harder enemies in other forests later in the game
I will also add different playable characters with different starting decks, so there will be different strategies to play with some of them
I don't even know where did it find any trojan or malware. My antivirus did not find any viruses. Plus it's only 5 those antivurses out of 59 or how many of them there are on Virus Total. Most of the games made with Clickteam Fusion are thought to have viruses even when they don't
You can turn off the antivirus and find people on the discord server to play with (actually nobody will respond because the server is dead but you should give it a try)
some of the sounds are too loud and after I beat the level I don't loose the fly in my mouth, but the game looks fun and I think it should be a roguelike maybe?
1. So I can even submit a game which I started making like a year before or whatever? 2. No theme I guess? 3. If games are rated, can we check our places in ratings after the rating period ends?
