Had an issue, which made me sent email to support, i got an automatic responce and no human answer, not even a sign that my problem was acknowledged, is there any way to contact support if no answers from E-Mail? (email was sent twice, only auto responce)

I MADE A BRAND NEW VERSION AND WANTED TO UPLOAD IT, BUT ACCIDENTALLY DELETED PREVIOUS VERSION. MY GAME IS IN AT LEAST 5 GJ, THIS IS VERY BIG HIT TO THE STATS OF THE GAME!!!!

I'm using Woe from mind ending only as a patch (or how you say this in English, not native speaker?) so the game doesn't close without reason. It's not intended as an ending, it's actually a game over screen.
