How to contact support properly if it doesn't anwser via email?

Had an issue, which made me sent email to support, i got an automatic responce and no human answer, not even a sign that my problem was acknowledged, is there any way to contact support if no answers from E-Mail? (email was sent twice, only auto responce)

as additional comments: if game needs to be deleted - no problem from my side as developer, i understand all responsibility and proceed to do anything needed to bring back my access to gamejams, thank you for your answer!
