Members need to be active and with a lot of free time to dedicate to the project. The projects are expected to be completed quickly. Revenue will be shared evenly with all the members but work will be made assured to be risen so (demand for quality) to even out the contribution. This project aims to be beginner friendly but members need to be able to make useful contributions.

Roles that are open and Requirements :

1.  Game Designer - Ability to come up with interesting concepts and mechanics. Need to be good at understanding balance as well as practicality of the implementation of the projects (especially with respect to the team and to be within the scope of the project). Level Designing is a bonus.

2.  Artist - Pixel art, clean vector cartoonish artstyle and digital 2d fantasy artworks. All these artists are welcome and required for working on different parts of the game. Clean vector cartoonish artstyle or dark gritty artstyle or digital 2d fantasy artworks. Avoid spray painting or traditional oil painting like artstyle. Being able to animate is a huge bonus especially for pixel art sprites. Pixel art can also be fine although not preferred.

3.  Coder - Being Solid at Godot. Need to be able to read other's codes and build independent codes that serves easy use for the rest of the coders. Knowing how to simply use Git (Git Desktop) is a bonus.

4.  Writer - Coming up extensive fantasy lore and dialogues. Need to be intelligent and expand on even small details.

5.  Project Manager - Need to manage discord servers and check on status of all the members working (and report back) and to co-ordinate them. Need to be empathetic and responsible. Need to active and online a lot and immediately report back feedback from rest of the team members. Being able to do manage Social Media and also knowledge regarding Kickstarter and working with Publishers is a bonus. Also need to assure quality everywhere.

6.  Sound - Creating immersive and subtle artistry with sound. Knowledge of putting together sound to be harmonious and non-intrusive. Being able to simply run godot projects and test the sounds within godot is a huge bonus.

7.  Music - Ability to create simple music that fits different levels, environments and themes. Being able to create Epic and Fantasy music is a bonus.

Mention your discord id in the comments below so that i can add you and then add you to the team. Members who are inactive for very long like few weeks will be removed the project (especially ones without mentioning reason for absence ahead).
