Yes, the answers can be a bit tough but it's very nice to hear you did your best, thank you for giving it a go! <3

Thank you!

Voice acting and atmosphere are really nice, unfortunately I kept getting stuck and couldn't move.
Some changes that I'd like to see personally:

  • Make the character move faster
  • The transitions between scenes are sometimes slightly annoying due the the character not being visible (presumably they're behind the black thick border)

For some reason itch wont allow me to attach a screenshot.

Phew that art is creepy and the story is one hell of a ride.

Well done on the multiple endings, I think I got the worst one..

Again, lovely art!

Loved the graphics and creepy tone of everything, you played with certain aspects of horror in amazing ways and it paid off. I don't know if I did everything right but I got to the bedroom, and when I turned around I slightly shit my pants.

Take that as you want but I think you got the desired effect, great stuff <3

Oh goodness I really loved the atmosphere here, it's so creepy!
Really well done on everything about the game, the puzzles were really nice too :)
One thing I found lacking was any control of music and/or sfx volume, I found the voice acting to be quite on the quiet side, but luckily subtitles were there.

Great stuff <3

I've played around 20 minutes of it, it can become quite addictive to get as far as possible.
Leveling up is satisfying, the abilities increase not just by a little when you level them up, so you feel your character grow stronger each time. The music and art are my favorite part of the game, it's really well done!

One thing that I was missing was the ability to shoot at enemy projectiles, and thus giving oneself the ability to dodge better by simply removing the obstacle. The difficulty ramped up a little too quick in my opinion (or perhaps I just suck, haha!).

All in all, a very fun experience!

Thank you very much for this very insightful review.

I appreciate every word and will make sure to take it with me for the next project, this is my first ever game so to hear you've enjoyed the concept is music to my ears.

I got to 37 points and ... Yeah did I miss something?

My friend was watching as I was playing and went "AH" as a knife shot out towards me and killed me. 10/10.

On a serious note, I think the game has a lot of potential, especially with the story.

But I'd appreciate more interface so it's clear what I can or cannot do, and perhaps some (small) indication of my progress.

Quirky. I had trouble navigating the game, I was quite lost in terms of what I was able to do at any point.

Art is cute, music is funky and I liked where the story is going. Keep it up <3

Very cute game, loved the visuals.

My feedback would be to add an ending screen, as the "ending" of level 3 is abrupt and with no possibility to restart.

The graphics and art style is great, love the retro style! Unfortunately, I found it difficult to understand what my next goal was on each event. The voice acting is really cool, as well as the music.

I did get into a bug, I got into the car and then accidentally drove uphill, got stuck there and couldn't leave, so I pressed "Restart" but the game restarted me still in the car.
