Thanks Thbaseer! I liked the idea of rotating the crank to rotate a character's arm and spiking a volleyball with it just felt right

Thanks Lifeofpet!
I'll make sure to look into the crash and adjusting the enemy serving. Next time the game crashes could you hit "B" and grab a pic of the crash report for me? Also, when did this crash happen, was it when you or the opponent should have won?
In the meantime, if you hit the menu button there should be an option to skip the opening tutorial.
I enjoyed the platforming. I don't know if it was just me, but it felt like there wasn't a constant velocity when moving the player. Rather, it felt like I started slow but sped up as I continued to move until I was going to fast. More variety in the platforms and obstacles would add more diversity in level design but that might be out of scope for a game jam.
Good work on designing the platforming, some levels were hard but that made it more fun to beat!
I saw you commenting on a lot of games this jam. Your game is really good and the fact that you went through the effort of rating so many other games and playing/rating all the games in your thread is outstanding. Thanks for doing all this!
And I'm pretty sure you already played my game, Wardread, but I'll leave it here for anyone else who wants to try it:
Really cool and fun concept! Having the spirit slowly guess your name added pressure and having the player enter their name was a neat way to have a difficulty setting while also engaging the player. I enjoyed trying to solve for the spirit's name but I wonder if there's another way to figure it out besides having to skim/search each spirit entry. I also did not see anything door related for the jam theme lol
This was very well done, the visuals and transitions/animations were very clean. Rolling the dice felt and looked great too!
Fun idea and use of the theme! I like the idea of the player essentially choosing the path they take through the dungeon. The gameplay loop is very basic but with more time I could see the potential in it.
This was a great use of the door theme and I enjoyed playing it. I think more variety in rooms and enemies would really spice it up. Great work on the game!
