They’re always on the bottom left and right of the screen, you’ll know when they show up because you can hear whispers of sorts

Personally I adore how the characters play out and all of them feel unique. While there is a challenge for figuring out how some characters work (Dr Akira going to the right door and not the left) the post game over tips are most certainly very helpful (outside of night 6's, but that's a difficulty factor) if there's one thing I'd like to see, it would be some kind of "daytime" mode of sorts, where we can appreciate Mina's own growth without the worry of all the other girls going for her.
I try to delete them as soon as possible, but say there's a more urgent task like finding Cruxia or deflating a balloon, I'll delete just enough so that I can see where I need to click. As for the streamer, basically if you think you haven't checked in a little while it'll never hurt to have a quick look. You'll know when things are wrong if she's not smiling
Admittedly I have no idea how I managed it, but for Night 5 the best strategy I've figured out is as follows: Start of the night, immidiately deflate Suki's balloon. Then it's just a case of waiting and keeping tabs on the girls until 1pm, by that point you'll need to keep tabs on the streamer to spam click the heart so she's at max and by that point Cruxia will have vanished to one of two spots, so find her and click her. Make sure to keep Elina's ghost hands away from you as the best way to deal with them is to shake the cursor while on top of the left or right hand, but don't worry if you have other things to deal with since it takes a good while before you lose to the hands. Once Crystal is in the vents, make sure you know where she is and if she's getting close to the office, just occasionally look up to make sure she's not going to get you.
Sound is easily one of the most crutial points in this as you'll need to make sure to keep an ear out for footsteps of wings flapping, if it's wings, it will always be the left door, much like Milkamean. The interviewer (white woman) travels pretty fast from her starting point and actually goes to the right door, but if she does enter the office, it's not the end of the game, you just need to make sure that you shine your light on her when the screen get's a white filter around the edges
