Love the sound design and atmosphere! What a great colab, amazing work.

I love this! Really clever harmonic ideas and changes, very JRPG. Nice work!

Amazing environmental ambient music, this is something I often have trouble with. It can't be too memorable and the structure can't be too predictable or repeat in an obvious way - but it needs to be transport you immediately, be memorable in an undefinable way and when you hear it out of context it needs to put you straight back into the game. So much of this does this so well - particularly Lullaby of the Depths. The cello and strings kinda just meander around an ever-changing bed of synths, harps and decorative flutes - it's really well done.

This is the kind of ambient exploring music that fits into a game really well imo, reading the description about rowing for The Shrine in the Vale while the track was playing just instantly put me in the environment. It takes a while to get going, like a lot of slow burn ambient music does, and once it's there it's immediately contextualised and perfectly atmospheric. I need to pick myself up some flutes :)

Amazing work, melodic and catchy when it needs to be and so creative and ethereal aswell. I really like the bitcrushed section at the end of core_menu_theme, the individual textures mirror eachother really well.

I really really dig this one. Spacey scifi lofi with great themes and synth sounds. Really great work

Thanks and fair point haha. Particularly that rhythm in Main Theme is a bit LOTR.

Great sound design and a wholly original take on the theme. So good!

Thanks for the detailed feedback KaleOverlord, love that Boyar's Chorus piece, haven't heard it before.

Getting the reverbs to work well in orchestral mock-ups is always a challenge for me. Lately I've been using three different VVV presets for short, mid and long with different predelays and lengths and I also use a lot of T-Verb. I haven't tried Dear VR, I didn't really know what it did but if it's for imaging with orchestral instruments I should give it a go, thanks!

Really looking forward to the next one! Awesome work putting this together and running it btw, what a great community.

So good! Glitchy synth jams ftw, really great mix too.

Love Holy Ground! A very retro Zelda/Donkey Kong sound going on but maybe with more jazz harmony in there aswell. Nice work!
