Heya! I ran three games with this adventure as the basis, and I really like how much creative opportunities it provides with regards to the backstory.

As I ran the adventure more and more, the village NPCs really took shape, and provided strong narrative base with all the twists and turns Oakenheart provides.

Thank you, Matheus, for this great work!

This is a great game! I really enjoyed playing it through. I am a big fan of the aesthetics, and a mysterious Lynch-like lore. Looking forward to more games from you!

Thank you for playing! Glad that you liked it

Ended up learning a new programming language, updated my CV as a result.
Great experience, 10/10.

Thank you for playing!

Thank you!

Such a well-crafted atmosphere! Great work!

Very interesting concept! Also, well polished game for 48 hours! My only gripe is that it is a bit unclear, what time does it take for a block to transform. Also, I would love to choose what blocks to make alive and move:)

It would be awesome to play a full game, great work!

This is the best game I player in this year's jam so far! Well executed and funny!

I never knew that being the NPC giving the quests could be fun! Really loved the characters (Mr.Whiskers is my favorite). As a suggestion, I would love to have some time pressure (either like in Papers, Please! where you have to get through as many people as possible to get more money, or by making characters leave the conversation, if the quest giver spends way too much time looking for quests).

Great work!

Thank you very much for playing the game! Yeah, to fit the theme, we needed to pre-bake the actions, and leave the player to tinker only with the story prompts (to reverse the roles). And also, totally agree with creative players. When writing out the idea, "creativity" was the defined core.

Thank you for playing! We'll take that into consideration: some tutorial is definitely needed (along with other stories to play!)

Thank you very much for your feedback! We'll think about better onboarding/tutorial:)

Thank you for playing! I guess, this type of game that allows creativity can have place for both, nonsensical and elaborate. But yeah, we'll think about that! Thank you!

Oh wow, what an experience! I do agree with other comments on the second level, but for me getting to the second level was enough to see, how much lies beneath the surface.

I quickly understood strengths and weaknesses of the minions I can spawn, and in general, the idea is great! (Also, awesome intro!)

Woah, great concept! And well executed, too, As if you play chess by yourself, switching sides. Yet, there is someone else who makes actions on the other side. Would be happy to see a full version!

Thank you very much for your feedback! No worries, it was our first attempt at making a game in 48-hours. Glad you tried it!

Thank you very much for your feedback! Great to know that this type of game would be interesting:)

Thank you very much for your feedback! We are happy that you liked the idea!

Loved the idea, also really enjoyed that the platforms not only move the player or the enemy but also that these platforms can damage the entities in the game. Also, the wiggly animation before you can move the platform is a very nice touch!

For a 5-hour development run, it's great work! I enjoyed swapping roles, especially in the last stage. I would love to see what puzzles could be created in a more polished version.

I really like the idea, and the more I played the game, the more strategies I ended up coming up with. Also, the game's look and feel is very coherent with 8-bit vibe. Nice work!

Thank you
