Lov3ed it!! I got stuck behind a crate once and the game froze once after looking at a picture.. but other than that a great experience. Walking was a little clunky but reminded me of early resident evil in that way so it wasn't awful.
I was able to exploit a gap in the top of the stairs to avoid all the enemies after I got the grail!
This was pretty fun. I didn' t always realize how bad or exactly when the blood spiders were attacking tho. I think some louder sound effects for feedback to help me know or feel when i was drilling properly or being attacked would be helpful
I loved the tiny world design and that I could find my ship by looking for the nearby sun and horizon.
I thought I filled up the ship but I wasn't sure how to send it off for profit? Not sure if there is an indicator that i didn't see but was a bit confused and didn't beat the game due to that. I like that the blood meter is actually on the ship though.
This seemed like such a cute jam and something I can really go wild with art-wise, but my programming skills are sadly lacking despite a few efforts. I'm hoping to find someone who needs an artist. I can style super-cute or more dark and whimsical, and am flexible with style. I like the idea of a magical girl, with a twist of some kind, of course, it depends on the theme. My favorite magical girl is probably princess tutu, but I also have a secret theory that DIO in JJBA part 1 is a magical girl story gone wrong but that's a shitpost for another day.
My portfolio is below. Looking forward to meeting y'all
Thanks! I worked on the art and the composer and I collaborated on getting a cohesive vibe. Yeah, it is pretty different using the mouse separate from the WASD, especially considering we've been trained by first person games to use those controls together in a different way. Thanks for the feedback!
