Oh my god, admittedly I don't have much experience with horror games but this concept is AMAZING and absolutely, utterly terrifying, I loved it!! The spatial navigation is a bit hard to figure out (I wasn't sure if the initial line in level 1 "oh this feels like a wall" thing was a clue that that specific sound means I've hit a wall and I can continue moving in the same direction and I will automatically follow the wall, or that I am stuck against the wall), but the atmosphere, sound design, and overall gameplay are great. I'd love to see more games like this!

Very fun little game, I really enjoyed it! The controls are very smooth and easy to grasp and the dash mechanic add a really nice touch of dynamism to the feel of the game. I liked the gameplay a lot, and the inevitable death/drying up adds a sense of urgency that works nicely to make you murder those little skittish blobs as fast as possible. The procedurally generated levels work well, although my only "criticism" here would be that the levels and enemy spawning can feel quite unbalanced from one session to another. I played three times and noticed that my second session felt a lot "emptier" than the other two, because I only really started to run into enemies late in the session, and there was no way for me to recover from the lack of enemies to kill in the first two thirds of it. It felt less like it was my fault for not choosing the course of action, and more like just bad luck because there was no creature in sight for what felt like a long time. Other than that slight detail (which I'm sure could be addressed with further development, a game jam only leaves so much time for balancing), really enjoyable game!
