Definitely felt isolated in a dark room. Nice work!

Really great concept, I like this one a lot!

I guess I'm more dependent on visual than hearing, I'm stuck at level 4 because that 'stuff' can always find my character and I didn't even get close to that music box. But this game really makes me feel like I'm being isolated and trying to navigate myself in the dark. Good job!

For whatever reason, I decided to play with my eyes closed to focus on the sound in this horror game... I believe I may have soiled my pants a bit on level 4 when whatever that enemy is got me lol. I definitely jumped up out of my chair a bit and tossed the headphones off. This game definitely gives off the scary vibes you're aiming for. Nice job!

Very interesting idea! Although the (I'm guessing) wall sound effects were a bit difficult to use.

Hey everyone! This game is meant to be played with your volume up and headphones, as it is heavily focused on 3D sounds. Unfortunately, if you can't play it like this, I can't assure you you'll have the experience I wanted to show. Have this in mind when posting your comments and rating. Thank you! :)

I went back and replayed this with headphones (I don't think I had them on the first time around). It was easier to navigate, but I still think the sound change is very subtle. I know my headphones work properly, so I think maybe exaggerating the sound drop-off distance and panning between the two ears would help orient us in the dark. Still a very good game 🙂

Not sure where the AI is, necessarily, but this is a great little demo! I found it very hard to tell what was happening and whether I was against a wall, following it, or out in the middle of the room. Perhaps additional sounds could help place where you are in the room to be able to navigate better? Regardless, it's an effective horror game!

Great experience! The sound design was amazing. Only hoped for more clues about what direction to move next. I was unable to understand the meaning of all the sounds.

Nicely done.  That was good.  I felt the controls were a little frustrating at first.  I couldn't tell if I was moving perpendicular to a wall or against it, and I wasn't sure if mousemove would have me look around or not.  Was hard to tell if I was stuck in a corner or what.  The music box is nice, but the sound doesn't deflect or change when there are obstacles in the way.  Good entry, though!

Oh my god, admittedly I don't have much experience with horror games but this concept is AMAZING and absolutely, utterly terrifying, I loved it!! The spatial navigation is a bit hard to figure out (I wasn't sure if the initial line in level 1 "oh this feels like a wall" thing was a clue that that specific sound means I've hit a wall and I can continue moving in the same direction and I will automatically follow the wall, or that I am stuck against the wall), but the atmosphere, sound design, and overall gameplay are great. I'd love to see more games like this!

Really nice concept, but I HATE Horror games. Sorry could only play like 30 sec :/
