Great job building the tension, my heart was racing! The game builds an interesting vibe, alternating between moments of high tension and casual talk about kissing (the music does a nice job supporting that). The font for the text seemed a bit out of place, but I didn't mind too much.

I really wish I could see the "happy" ending, but after the third time dying (when the gun is shaking) I didn't wanna go through all the dialogue again (while trying not to accidently choose an answer when skipping through), so maybe a "skip to next decision" button might make sense here? (Unless you want it to be played just once, no matter the ending (which would kinda fit the theme)

Thanks for the feedback!

I did plan on making multiple levels and add some more interesting elements to them (like some "terrain" for example), but sadly did not have ANY time left for that.

The game was pretty enjoyable and  the art is nice!

The visual effect might be a bit too strong, I had trouble reading the text at some points.

The card-throwing feels pretty satisfying, a max cap on how fast you can throw them, would have been nice tho. My fingers hurt from trying to click as fast as possible lol.

The art style is amazing! And it is pretty fun.

Like others already pointed out, it didn't really make sense for me to use the "roll" mechanic, since it felt unreliable and not worth the additional effort, but it doesn't really feel necessary, so I think the game also works well without using that mechanic.
