the performance of the game went from really bad late game to overall, constantly strange.

from the start of a new save, about every 5 minutes i get a huge performance dip for about 30 seconds. on my old save, it's pretty much exactly the same. changing graphical settings can lessen how frequently the performance dips happen, but it doesn't eliminate them.

arguably performance is worse than before, because now when i have the graphical settings set higher than potato, the game is a stuttering mess from beginning to end, when before it only got bad around day 40+

wish i could offer more info that might be helpful. i'm on windows 10, i have 16gb of RAM, and this is my processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300H CPU @ 2.40GHz   2.40 GHz. i don't know if any of that matters or is useful, but, y'know. godspeed.

edit: oh yeah, also completely vanilla. i never use mods.

starting around day 45, game performance really starts to tank. i had to reduce screen resolution to 60% and even then, any time i encounter the enemies that spawn during that part of the game, the framerate turns into a slideshow. i have a decent laptop, it's not like i'm running the game on a 15 year old potato, but man it's really bad.

in 0.7, i had no problem running the game at max settings for the entire duration of storymode, with all kinds of 3D printed models and high-res paintings. now i don't get to use much customized content because having too much of it makes the game unplayable.

something with the battery charger's cord is bugged. i bought two, because the first one disappeared and i couldn't figure out where it went.

the second one i tried to place on the ground and it instantly flew into a corner, collided with the wall, and exploded into debris. it looked like the cord was stuck somewhere farther away. it seems that many things with cords spawn in with their cords suck in the ground.

edit: i forgot to also report that i ran into an issue where if i sliced a potato before cooking it, it would stay raw no matter how much i cooked it. have not tested with other sliceable food items.

yep, the universe is mars for me too. rip.

i keep having the problem of corded items i buy spawning in with their plugs stuck in the ground. so a toggle button for all of them like kerfur has would be really helpful. my coffee machine is unusable because i can't reset its cord. :(

i would also really like to be able to turn off the warning screen when the game boots up. like, a checkbox in settings or something. just kind of annoying having to skip it every time i boot up the game, but not a huge deal.

you left click while holding the garbage bag to use it

glad i named the protagonist Georj, really felt like they fit in well. super cute, had a lot of fun with this. :)

i wish i could see stills of the pixel art somewhere, i love ms. samanthuel's artstyle a ton. (by pixel art, i mean the battle portraits and such)
