I think the problem was lack of pooling or prewarmed pools if you were using pooling
When you instantiate many gameobjects in a single line during runtime it often causes freezes and this issue is resolved by either using prewarmed pools or dividing the instantiation into several frames, thus avoiding writing too much to memory in one line.

A stands for attack 😂

Thanks so much! means alot to hear that people enjoyed our little game!

Thank you rodriguez. We were going to implement moving planets and asteroids but sadly we ran out of time and didn't want to risk introducing (even more) bugs into the game

Thanks Moth we put alot of effort into it despite having to also go to work our day jobs during the jam 😅

Thanks Elektordi really happy you enjoyed it!

Yes! I know these issues and I'll fix them after voting ends and new builds are uploadable. Thanks for taking the time to notify us <3

Actually I really like your aesthetics and also your puzzle solving is interesting! I like the idea of two spaceships on the same level. Also interesting that you decided to let players move and add planets while we opted for only letting them resize the planets.

Didn't really understand how my choices affect the scenario. the log system notified me of damage done and stat changes, but I wasn't communicated my stats or my opponent's stats so it is difficult to understand what is going on and if I'm doing well or losing.
I can see there was alot of thought put into the concept but I think the execution is lacking. maybe you can explore the concept further outside of the jam? I was intrigued by the concept of shifting scales that affect my possible actions but wasn't sure how this came together to a cohesive game. A for effort!

I got up to the white books shelf but wasn't sure if I completed the game? also there is some cheese possibilities by spamming space ^_^ Not sure I see the connection to scale? Very nice game, would have loves to see more polish on the art, for example character walk cycle (you can get it for free in Mixamo for example) or more toys to make the shelves look more realistic and feel like an actual toy shelf.

Overall nice game concept!

Overall nice game concept!

Surprisingly addictive although I ran into performance issues when I got to a large scale (when my mana bar was at around 2000) - snowmen kept spawning in groups of 30 which caused my computer to freeze and I had to close the game. other than that had a good time. graphics are ok but could use some polish and styling. I liked that it's an original take on the old tower defense genre.

hehe thanks alot. we're definitely looking into fixing issues and adding some levels after the jam ends

After a few upgrades my slash covers the entire screen and I can go endless ^u^
Very nice vampire surviveresque game and also fits the theme nicely - fine work!

Nice way to mix up the fruit ninja formula. would be nice if there was an easier way to assemble the knife, rather than dragging. maybe use the keyboard 1, 2, 3? Still a solid game for a one person team in a game jam. Nice artwork! If you can spare the time would appreciate it if you can check my game and give me some feedback. Thanks!

Nice idea! I like the customization of the swords, more than regular crafting merchant games offer! I wish there was a way to know more accurately what the customers  want though.
Would appreciate it if you can check out my game and give me some feedback too!

I wish it was mine! It's Nocturnes by Chopin :D
I would definitely add sounds effects including a level end sound, if only I had more time!

Thanks! much appreciated

Great! that was the intention 😀
The piece is Nocturnes for Piano by Chopin.

Glad you enjoyed.

Thank you for your kind words! 🙏

Yes I submitted a Unity WebGL Project

I'm not using a mac I'm on a PC. You uploaded an EXE but the folder that goes with it is missing.
Have you tried downloading and running it from the site yourself?

Can't play the game because you only uploaded the executable.

You need to compile for Web GL and then upload a zip of all the files in the build.
