I know this is really late, but whether or not you intended it, this simple game is such an amazing exploration of how capitalism encourages corruption, especially when hyperinflation takes effect. It's really really awesome and I still come back to play it. This is my favorite game of the jam by a wide margin and it's criminally underrated. Great job swilliamsio!

(Getting past round 30 is a nightmare. That's a good thing! That feeling when you see the next rent increase and you just feel completely hopeless is what makes this game so perfect!)

Thanks man, I really appreciate that! Yeah,  it's definitely more of a concept than an actual game lol! (*´▽｀*;) That kind of limit is exactly what I was experimenting with when I added the hard mode. Sadly I only was able to add that in the last fifteen minutes so it is what it is for the rest of the jam!

I only started playing after the rent idea and damn does it make me start sweating and eyeballing those big bags of money. Great idea StupidCupid, and great implementatino swilliamsio!

This is such a great cute puzzler! One thing I couldn't quite figure out, how does it fit the theme? Sorry if I'm a bit slow, I'm not sure what roles are getting reversed ^^;
