I have noticed that, despite the name Lamplighter, i haven’t been able to light lamps :<

Because of performance issues, light area remained smaller than planned. And for the darkness overlay, it was calibrated on my full range monitor with neutral colors. I’m unsure if making overlay brighter would solve the problem, since most standalone monitor would then be able see the night clearly.

With the light of this issue, i think adding light levels to the enemies when they burn would solve this, but for now that would cause lots of base code changes.

Most likely not ground traps, was just hard to tell what i died to, didn’t see anything coming at me.

Lights stays up… and speech bubbles are too dark.

First impression are great, but i have encountered abit of problems. The random map generation would sometimes generate no door, or putting the exit in the next room. Adding checks for exits and hallways/doors would be a very nice way to force the player to fight enemies.

Edit: Nvm about the exit, it i’m not sure if i found the exit or died to ground traps, since death is winning…?

Had to scrap a introduction novel type scene.
