Thank you for trying it out. A quest pointer is a good idea and would be next on the todo list. You can at least speed the dialog up by pressing space.

A stunning game presentation wise. Very fitting sprites and music.
I could not figure out how to regnerate the currency after I spent it on some buildings. After that the game didn't seem to progress anymore. An introduction (if not in game, because that stuff takes a lot of time) on the page would have been helpful.
I noticed some minor things.
- The reflection in the water is not properly synced. The more the character goes left the more the reflection in the water lacks behind. Maybe you changed the scaling of the render texture and have not compensated?
- I noticed some flickering of assets at the left side of the map.
Very nice game. The background is stunning work.
I see some potentiell here. If you expand the scope of the game and give either the heroes or the workplaces some additional effects and synergies you could have a small roguelike. As it is i am missing a little depth.
Anyway a good game made in a short amount of time.
Different color markers are next on the todo-list. Maybe it can be done before the submission deadline.
With randomized objects you mean the memory tiles? The items are already randomized every playthrough. I have never thought about this but maybe it would be fun. At the moment the project scope of one week limits the amount of tiles we have and I would not want to reduce it further.
If we extend the scope we will look into this and difficulty options for sure. In the initial draft we wanted to let the player also remember the itemtypes, levels and honorific. This might come back in the form of difficulty options.
Thanks a lot for making the video.

A tactical game where you give orders to your heroes to defeat hordes of monsters. The orders persist over turns and you are limited in how much you can change per turn so you have to plan for the future as well.
We wanted to make a game about connecting to others and especially their dreams. The idea was that your tasks become easier or even possible after you let others into your life. But you are completly right. Some scope decisions in development streched the metaphor pretty thin. Thank you for your feedback.
