I sent an email to itch.io support last September, and have had no response. I have sent a couple follow-up emails, but nobody seems to be listening. I don't know if I've done something wrong, and if so, I have no way to fix it. I and my team are really frustrated by this. I was told to contact the email address, not the forums, but in retrospect, it's the only place anyone responded to me: https://itch.io/t/963784/need-help-with-file-limit-for-html-games#post-1975922

I don't like being impatient, but by now, I think I've waited more than long enough.

We've let an admin know. Did you get a ticket number? If not, your e-mails might have been lost.

Thank you for responding. My original ticket number was "60050," and it looks like I've received a new one now: "72735."

thanks for your patience; our support ticket system has been pretty loaded with support requests lately (largely due to an increased online presence thanks to some high-profile releases), and we've been doing our best to manage the influx of requests. we're a pretty small team so we unfortunately do have cases that might slide under the radar.

your file limit's been increased, you should have no issues now! let us know if you continue to encounter issues.

I understand, nothing is perfect, and I'm happy that itch.io's thriving! Thank you!
