Support not answering, help please?

I've send a mail to support asking for a bigger filesize limit almost two weeks ago without getting any answer, send another mail yesterday, still no answer.

Also when I try to add external links (since the files are too big), as soon as I click on any of the platform icons the whole file upload section just disapears.
I just happened to have a download running a bit ago when I tried again, so the side loaded slowly and while the site was still loading I was able to select one of the platforms, but as soon as it finished loading and I clicked again it disapeared again. Checked with and without adblocker enabled. Using latest firefox.

I am getting the same bug

If you received a ticket number, then support is aware of your problem and should get back to you. They'd have to investigate, that sounds odd.

I submitted a "feedback" ticket but still have not received any confirmation or a ticket number.

I received nothing, not even an automated answer.

In that case your e-mail probably got lost. Sorry about that. Please try again.

As I said, I send two emails by now with 10 days in between them and got nothing, I doubt a third mail would change anything.

Must be either an error or a filter on your mail server.

Unfortunately on the modern Internet e-mail messages end up in a spam folder all the time, often for unclear reasons. I've let an admin know, maybe they have a better idea.

Thanks.

In the meantime I've send another email from a different mail account, this one got through. I've linked this thread and my older mails as well.

But all your projects so far seems to be below the 2 GB limit, or even the 1 GB limit for web uploads.

I can only use web upload, and the games are below the limit because obviously I can't upload anything bigger.

Both games last updates I published here were the last updates I was able to keep below the file size limit and I have an update ready that I can't upload anymore.

I have the same issue, was unable to add links for game. Will wait for fix then.

For anyone in this thread who hasn't seen the other one, an admin has commented saying the external download bug should be fixed, and it works for me now, so hopefully it's working for all of you as well.
