Dialogue System for Unity?

Hi! This software looks like a really, really good alternative to Articy:Draft (being actually affordable for smaller teams and usable on Linux servers), but there's one main question a lot of us Unity users ask ourselves: is there any Dialogue System for Unity native, out-of-the-box export support to use? If not, is such a thing planned? Or should we start working on our own?

Anyway, seems like a really nice production tool!

Developer

Hello! Thanks for the feedback! I actually started making this app because I didn’t find any articy indie-friendly (cheap) alternative. Of course, you can’t expect same amount of features or the level of polish A:D must have…

About the dialogue system, is it https://www.pixelcrushers.com/dialogue-system/ ?

If so, I can contact the developer to see if an export/import is possible.

Thank you!

Yes, it's this asset!

Anything ever come out of this? I'm working in Unity and with Dialogue System and am looking for a good tool I can give people to write stories with that I can then use in the unity project.

Developer

Hello, Sorry, unfortunately not yet.

Hi.

This is exactly why I'm here. Tony at Pixel Crushers is aware of the desire to get native export/import in place so it's worth reaching out to him.
