How to contact itch support other than mail?

Hello, I've contacted the support mail of itch months ago but haven't gotten any response. Is there any other way to get help from the page?

You can also try to ping the official account on Twitter, and/or join the Discord if you have an account on either. And I'll let an admin know. Do you have a ticket number? Otherwise your message might have been lost.

and that was the ticket from the 1st of march, that never gotten a response.

"Your request (76941) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

To add additional comments, reply to this email."

On Discord, it says that you can't give account support, also I couldn't send a message to an admin directly.

Yes, I have a ticket: 89146, this ticket is from the response to a mail that I send again. I will also try getting support on Discord. Thanks for the response.

Please keep all communication in support if possible that way we can prioritize and organize tickets.

As for your post, your account was limited for spamming. Our rules specifically state that we do not allow discussion of account restrictions here.

Do not create new accounts to circumvent any limitations placed on your account.
