I have to send rewards to my KS backers but i need admin approval before sending.
I send mail to support but not receive any answer yet...

Just adding this as a note for this topic in case anyone is having a similar issue. If you need something about your account adjusted or approved you must contact our support team using an email address that owns the account. If you don’t then the ticket will not be prioritized to any account.
