Should I buy or wait?

It states in the devlogs the author cannot receive money from itch.io, discourages buying the PRO version because the software will become free. The newest update makes all the PRO features available in the LITE version, but there's still the "NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE" message in the main menu. Will that be removed in future updates, or should I buy the PRO version after all?

I have the PRO version so I can't check myself: Maybe the message is only displayed there when testing directly in EFPSE. It is in the PRO version.

That's the whole point of the PRO version - if you want to sell your game, buy the engine.

The only reason I'm asking is the dev said NOT to buy it in a devlog.

I bought it, but i would say, use the Lite version, make your game and as soon as the Dev can get his money buy the Pro version.

From what I understand, he currently has problems with accessing the money due to international sanctions. I suppose we'll see what the future will bring.
