I was in the mansion dungeon, gave birth at 300 power with Leah, got in a fight with another undead, and for some reason the ability to purify her wasn't there. Heck, I even checked a previous save I made and it wasn't there. Anybody know what the deal is?

I have a hypothesis. One thing I've noticed is that after you clear the mansion itself, leaving the dungeon below it by entering the mansion removes your purification ability, and it doesn't come back when you reenter the dungeon. The only way to get it back is to enter the dungeon through the well.

reading your report, I have an idea, but I don't know if it can work.

go to the village around the pyramid, which is in the desert.

enter the pyramid, go through the railing bridge.

then, with Leah, pick up the spirits until her belly swells to the maximum and she drags along the ground.

so, leave the pyramid the same way, an animation of a mist will pass, where your belly will return to normal along with the power of total fertility.

I think that first method fixed it, but I'll try the second if it doesn't. Thanks! By the way, I heard about a bug that involves swimsuits. Anybody know anything about that? I didn't even know the main characters had swimsuits

My understanding is that the swimsuit gimmick (which was already restricted to a single room in the mansion) was simply removed because it wasn't worth the hassle of fixing the glitches when the mechanic already couldn't easily be made to work on a large scale.
