The only requirement for making peace is:
short version: you need to save Flo + the 2nd emblem from the underground city before triggering the fight on the tavern, or even before Thane was wounded.
Than move onto the two version of the best possible neutral ending:
In my opinion the "BEST good/neutral ending":
The only ending that gives ALL the benfits of the neutral ending, including S** - Scene with Thane AND Nauxus. (You don't need the Liazrd-Route to romance Nauxus).
My Recommodation: Continue with the Bull-Route, stay with your mistake and continue on. Because: Throwing the Liazrd Tribe out of the forest is the only ending that allows to have S** with Axel. Choose to have S** with him and you can also invite him to the Bath/Hotspring once you get 0.25 version of the game. When some Sabretooth- Tiger- Guy is asking you about Revenge OR Forgivness, choose "Revenge". This Game got enough Savestats that you can explore all possibilties. So how abpout you play a Bull-Route + Revenge Playthrough now, and make another perfect playthrough with Peace + Forgiveness later. This keeps the game fresh.

Who should I give the fruits
95% it's better to give the fruits to the Bull Tribe so you can prevent the execution of the three Lizard Prisoners. The Survival of the Prisoners is important to "repair" Thane and his relationship with his father.
Have you clicked my link and read my postings? Then you should already know that: Once Axel gives you the last Quest to infiltrate the Liazrd village, you go to the Bull Shrine instead. Inside the secret room enter the mirrors. If you enter the mirrors 3 times and got the Bloody Cloth from Thane, you will unlock a special scene.
Savescum through, or use flirt attacks urself.
If you are playing a STR based Eyvind with his Weapon at max (25 atk) you should be able to beat the young Bull Warriors with 1-2 strikes. Liazrds around 2 strikes. Same goes for Holy Fist with medium-high INT. So Tomahawk shouldn't last long. Maybe 5-8 hits depending on luck.
And that's why i recommend to stick with the Destruction of the Lizard Village and enjoy the Axel bromance. For a perfect MIn/Max Playthrough you need to restart, and kill the Liazard Spy without hesitation BEFORE you meet Nauxus giving you this quest. Maybe try another version of the hero with totally diffrent stats. As long as you got enough END/DEF, anything goes. (Aside from Agility; since the Snow Village Patch Agility has fallen from one of the best to the worst stat.)
