First, he's a moderator, not the owner.

Second, he's very easy going, it's very rare when he bans someone, I've seen situations that I'd ban if I were a moderator while he preferred to give a second chance instead.

You might go easy on whatever substance or situation got you riled up. That mod is not harassing anyone but doing what mods do. Your nonsensical posts were probably reported as, well, nonsensical, so the nice mod showed up and got brain cancer from sifting through the copypasta from the site rules you made as a psoting.
