hi,

we recently published one of our game here on itch.io, and we also received the confirmation mail about that. but our game is not indexed yet, it going to pass 20 days. we have followed all the rules about indexing. so now we would like to know about the status of our game, if possible.

Looks like you have a previously suspended account. Creating new accounts to circumvent any restrictions placed on your account is grounds for permanent ban. As mentioned in the rules, all contact about account restrictions must take place through support.

Similar issue, game was listed 5-15 minutes, removed from listing, quarantined. Made support email about three weeks ago.

Assuming you mean Tribe, if you have a ticket number I can ask an admin to check.

Please check your spam folder. If you never received the automated reply with your ticket number, the e-mail might have been lost.

It has been weeks so it is gone if it ended there it is gone. Should I just send a new one?

It should come back right away, like when you sign up to a new website for example.

Okay, it was probably the link I gave to the game that got the mail blocked. Without it I got the reply right away . Your request (160939).¨

Please do not hijack other people’s account with your own issue. Account visibility and restriction issues are specific to the account in question, generally you will want to contact support.
