I really like the PBTA style action resolution and it's a neat idea that all players begin with the same stats and whatever traits define their role. However, if I understand the Objectives and Goals dynamic, that's a lot of dice rolling which might get in the way of managing the sliding of FA and FO. On first blush, your system seems to be rules light and narrative focused but the crunch in the scene resolution could break the pacing. I'll have to corner one of my players to test this hypothesis. Might be nice to see/read a full play example.
