There are some plans to be able to add prisoners to a private prison, use them as ornaments or give them to factions. I want to make it good though and I need to figure out how it works lore wise… If the protagonist can trap hundreds of girls in her own pocket dimension them NPCs should be able to as well :)

Idk what you have planned for the future, but something I would absolutely love is for the island to be a map that you can actually explore. Maybe a tile map that’s 50x50 or 100x100, some tiles are just cities or shops that you can visit and trade at. Others are dungeons, dens or nests of various kinds you can enter. Some other locations like temples or abandoned ruins might exist too, and some are the groups bases where they take you when they kidnap you. Most of the map would be plains and forests, not much happens there other than small random encounters.
And wherever there’s no special structure you could build your own dungeon to take your new friends and “keep yourself entertained”. That would be a dream game for me lol
