Windows defender detected a trojan virus upon downloading the loc kit zip file. Is anyone having the same issue?

Update: the localization kit has been updated to be easily downloadable on any system.

We can't reproduce the issue locally, but it appears that the FMOD audio library used by the game gets erroneously flagged as a virus on some systems.

We will see if it's possible for us to avoid the issue altogether, but with the new kit you should be able to download and work on the game regardless. Should any other warning appear, simply ignore them in the knowledge that the game contains no code that can be run locally. This code can only function on itch.io.

UPDATE: I was able to download the .zip file from the cloud link above without warnings but windows defender pops up if i click on index.html upon extracting. I just let it stay on my device

I'm getting the same warning as the replies below! My windows defender is also in portuguese

Just work on the lua files and ignore the rest.
Again, none of that stuff can run on your computer anyway, it's only needed when you will upload it back to itch.

I appreciate the care to fix my problem though! Thank you

I have the same issue, I checked and it appears this when I investigate the details of the download.

I'm getting it too, but it seems like a common false positive:

Trojan:Script/Wacatac.H!ml

containerfile: C:\Users\xxxx\Downloads\not-enough-time-LocJam-1.0.zip

file: C:\Users\xxxx\Downloads\not-enough-time-LocJam-1.0.zip->index.html

webfile: C:\Users\xxxx\Downloads\not-enough-time-LocJam-1.0.zip|https://itchio-mirror.cb031a832f44726753d6267436f3b414.r2.cloudflarestorage.com/...

I'm also getting the same issue. It detects two files. My Windows Defender is in Portuguese, but it's possible to see which files it is, at least.

Hello, same problem here. We are a group of four and everyone of us get the same error. The only way to get the file at the moment seems to allow its dowload, but at the moment only one of us did actually download it.

She didn't have any issues so far.

But the other 3 of us still cannot manage to even download it.

Hello! I have the same issue. I haven't been able to proceed with the download as it's automatically stopped since "it has a virus". Is there any other way to have access to the files?

Could you test this version, please? The password is locjam (removed)

It worked! Thank you!
