I did EXACTLY that..
...Please point out where you posted your ticket ID, because I don't see it.
...The rules refer to the ticked ID from when you e-mailed support, so I can show this to an admin.
I don't think I received one. But I did for the follow-up request? Should I create a new one or give you the ID of the follow-up requests?
