Hello friends, I am trying to figure out a way to send a PDF version of my Game Manual for the Games I developed to those who donated  for their downloads. It appears we can't attach to emails we send out to purchasers. How do we reward those who paid? I asked the question previously here, but no answers. I wish we can contact someone from Itch rather than depend on this. If no one answers you are  "poop out of luck" lol Thanks

Itch is a store. The items are not supposed to be some mail attachements. And the mail feature is to be used only for notifications and best practise is to not use it all, if at all possible. People that want notifications from you, do follow you. And if you send them emails they can unsubscribe from those mails.

How do we reward those who paid?

By having content accessible for those who paid.

why you need send a email?

You can add the PDF  to your game page and mark "set a different price for this file", set 1dollar and every person who donated 1 dollar or more  can choose download the PDF if they want, instead to sending a email.
People who have not donated will not be able to download the PDF.

Thanks very much redoihunter & hechelion. Your help was exactly what I needed. Although I found the Download Keys to be lacking in detailed "how to", uploading the manual and setting the price to the minimum donation $2.00 did it. Thanks again. Cheers
