Hi there. I've tried to download the app at https://nuts.itch.zone/download but no matter what browser or OS I use, it keeps coming back saying there's an SSL error and makes it impossible to download. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi, I'm not able to reproduce the issue.

For me, it downloads fine on Chrome, Windows 64-bit.

Which OSes/browsers have you tried? And can you attach screenshots?

I've tried in Windows 7, Linux Mint, 4 different computers, Chrome, IE11, Firefox, with and without VPN. All I get is the images above...

Well, that's certainly a puzzle. Do you get the same when you download https://broth.itch.ovh/install-itch/windows-386/_25/unpacked/default directly ?

Also, which country is that from? (VPN-less and VPN). What does the network look like? Is it possible anyone on your network (ISP, etc.) is trying to disrupt SSL traffic? Asking because this is the first report I'm seeing of this.

I've also just experienced this issue while attempting to update the itch.io application on my Windows 10 computer.  I'm attempting from Illinois in the USA using Comcast.

I doubt anyone is attempting to disrupt SSL traffic on my network... But, I'll continue looking into that.

There's also the distinct possibility of our CDN provider messing up SSL on occasion... Now that you mention it, it wouldn't be the first time

Amos, that link you provided works thanks. I'm from the UK using Virgin Internet if that helps. From my research, it seems that your SSL cert is invalid for being either too long or out of date and that is what's throwing it.

Generally these types are issues are because your computer's clock isn't set correctly. You might want to check that, since our cert is still valid.
