Hello. I saw some videos of this and it looked good. I just purchased a copy and my phone is unable to launch it. I tried my tablet running android and it keeps crashing.

I do not have a laptop or a Mac, and this appears like it does not work on my devices. I'm not super computer technical so I don't know what is wrong.

Can someone please help? I want to see if I can figure it out before asking for a refund.
