Support not responding for a week or more..

Hi, so my account is falsely flagged as spam for some reason. It was flagged as posting unwanted content while we were just uploading our game. We contacted support more than a week ago but we haven't got a response at all. Could you check it out?

Thanks in advance!

The Itch support team is very small and at Christmas, they tend to be very busy and will only contact you if they need information.

By the way, if you check the rules, you will see that this forum is answered by the community and is not a means of contacting support or staff. If it is really an urgent issue, the rules (which you seem to have not read) say that you must put the ticket number.

I just checked, and I see your game indexed and without any restrictions.

EDIT:  I just noticed that you are posting the same thing again within a few days of each other. This doesn't look good and can lead to sanctions, such as having your posts deleted.

Yeah, terribly sorry for making a few more appeals.

I appealed more than a week ago from this account (not to mention the other account) and didn't get a reply. I thought it wasn't going through, so I tried making more.

After making a discussion post in another account, I guess it did go through but hasn't been processed yet. I got a reply after making a 'few' posts in another account and an admin replied. This was for an assignment so in my case time was kind of urgency. But then again, I am truly very sorry for harassing the Itch.io team and No Time To Play with my appeals.

Thank you very much for the responses! I'll refrain from making numerous appeals and discussion posts next time.

It's just that you made multiple posts in quick succession that I had to approve, then wasn't sure if it was okay to delete some of them as duplicates, so the discussion got split up. In the future it would be a good idea to wait for a few hours after trying once, if you can.
