Could anyone on itchio team take a look at this?
He was able to redeem some keys but not all, and from my developer control panel it seems it should be OK. Is it a bug ? thanks
Another user today. When I asked which games were missing (to see if was a problem with a specific game) she told me this:

Planet Stronghold & Colonial Defense
Heileen 3
Amber's Magic Shop
Heirs and Graces
Never Forget Me
I did notice a pattern. It only happened when I bought 4 or more in quick succession, the first three would be fine and then nothing.
So it's definitely an itch.io issue. Can someone take a look at this ? It never happened before!
After some looking around, I've unlocked external keys for both these users on those purchases.
The best way to get this fixed is to have the buyers themselves get in touch with https://itch.io/support - that way we don't have to hunt for the purchases.

We have an automated fraud system that puts some transactions into a review queue if they're classified as risky. This can sometimes catch legitimate buyers, which is unfortunate but a side effect of us trying to protect the sellers and the platform. We try to review these transactions regularly, but if there's ever a delay you can reach out to us to look at something specific. Thanks
