Hi, one of the people who purchased my game has gotten this error: "Game is not available on this platform"

However, my game has been set as windows since upload and the customer is using windows 10.

edit: nevermind, the customer has said he is using windows 8, not 10. does itch.io not cover windows 8?

The app should be compatible with Windows 7+ and above.
